You can upgrade at any time from the pricing page or through your organization settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately. You get the new storage limit, server slots, and features right away. Billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
Downgrading works at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current plan's features until the period expires. If you have more servers than the new plan allows, you will need to remove some before the downgrade takes effect.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing saves roughly a dollar per month per plan.
You can cancel your subscription from your organization's billing portal. Click your avatar in the top-right, then "Manage organization" to access billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, backups stop running but your account remains accessible.
Canceling does not immediately delete your backups. They expire naturally according to the retention policy that was in place when they were created.
Only organization admins can manage the subscription. Members can see the current plan but cannot make changes. This prevents accidental upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations.
Payments are handled through Stripe. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage billing details from the billing portal. We do not store payment information on our end.
