Pink Narwhal has two roles: Admin and Member. That is it. No custom roles, no granular permission matrices, no 47-checkbox configuration page.

Members can see everything and restore backups. Admins can do all of that plus add servers, add databases, manage credentials, manage billing, and access the audit log and API.
Organization admins can change member roles from the organization settings. Click your avatar in the top-right, then "Manage organization" to open the organization panel. Promotions and demotions take effect immediately.
If you are running a server network with multiple staff members, make your trusted ops Admins and keep everyone else as Members. Members can still restore backups if something goes wrong, but they cannot accidentally change your panel credentials or API keys.
